Bikosport Tanzania sportsbook: markets and rules
Six sports, the Tanzania Premier League next to Europe's biggest competitions, live betting included, and stakes from TZS 1. The board is verified against the live site, not copied from old reviews.
Coverage
The six sports on the board
Checked on , the sportsbook menu lists six disciplines, and the football league selector pairs the Tanzania Premier League with seven international competitions, so a week of fixtures in Dar es Salaam sits on the same board as a Champions League night. Older reviews claiming a football-and-basketball-only book are out of date.
| Sport | Competitions highlighted | Core markets |
|---|---|---|
| Football | Tanzania Premier League, Champions League, Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Eredivisie | 3-way, totals, both teams to score |
| Basketball | NBA and international leagues | Match winner, totals |
| Cricket | International series, T20 tournaments | Match result, innings lines |
| Tennis | Tour-level singles and doubles | Match winner, sets |
| Boxing | Title fights and undercards | Outright winner |
| Rugby | International fixtures | Match result, handicaps |
Football is clearly the priority product: it carries the deepest market list and the jackpot pools are football-only. The other five sports fill the board around it with enough fixtures for a midweek slip. Old reviews got this wrong.
Bet rules
When your bet becomes binding
Three rules from the terms decide what you can and cannot undo, and because a confirmed ticket is final, the sixty seconds you spend re-reading your selections before the last tap are the cheapest insurance on the whole site. Read them once.
- A bet is not valid until the system issues a numbered betslip; the number is your proof the bet exists.
- Once you confirm, you cannot change or cancel the ticket, so review every selection before the final tap.
- If a price was obviously wrong compared with the general market, the operator may correct the bet or void it and refund the stake, so a number that looks too generous can disappear from a settled ticket.
Markets
Market types and what they ask of you
The board's filters boil down to three families, plus deeper options inside each fixture once you open it, including first-goal and half-time style markets on the bigger matches. Pick by what you actually know about the match, not by the biggest price. Price is not proof.
| Market | What you predict | The trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| 1X2 (3-way) | Home win, draw (suluhu), or away win | Simple to read; prices on favourites pay little |
| Totals | Goals or points over/under a line | Result-proof; needs a feel for tempo |
| Both teams to score | Whether both sides score at all | Ignores the winner; dies on a cautious 0-0 |
| Handicaps | A team winning past a virtual head start | Better prices on strong sides; margin errors hurt |
Multi-bets combine selections into one ticket, and three or more legs activate the Win Bonus ladder. The percentages and the exclusions that quietly downgrade a ticket are broken down in the Win Bonus ladder with the worked maths.
In-play
Live betting exists, the stream does not
The LIVE tab takes in-play bets while matches run, with prices moving as the game shifts, but there is no video stream alongside, so your in-play decisions run on the scoreline and the stats the board shows rather than on watching the match itself. A practical note for derby days: when Simba and Yanga meet, prices move fastest around goals and red cards, and a slow connection can cost you the number you saw.
Limits
The limits that shape your slip
These come from section 6 of the terms, not from marketing. Marketing wrote none of this.
- ⚽ Minimum stake
- TZS 1 per bet
- 🎯 Maximum bet
- TZS 500,000 per ticket
- 🏆 Max win per multi-bet
- TZS 50,000,000 including bonus
- 📅 Win caps per user
- TZS 10M daily, 70M weekly, 280M monthly
One carve-out hides inside that section and almost nobody mentions it: aggregate win caps apply apart from jackpot wins. A Pick17 grand prize is not eaten by your weekly ceiling.
Routine
A fixture-day routine that avoids regret
Five steps, tuned to the rules above rather than to habit, and each one exists because a specific term or failure mode makes skipping it expensive.
- Open the league list and confirm your fixture is covered; the Tanzania Premier League sits in the Top Leagues menu alongside the Champions League, the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and the Eredivisie.
- Compare the 3-way price against the totals and both-teams-to-score boards before picking a market.
- Build the mkeka (betslip) and re-read every leg, because confirmation is final.
- Submit and note the betslip number; without it, the bet does not officially exist.
- Screenshot the confirmed ticket so a dispute has evidence on your side.
